WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE THE SURGERY

A nice breast shape is a woman’s pride. Thanks to them, she can feel good in any clothes and without them, too. If you haven’t obtained plump cleavage naturally or your maternity caused its lost, it can be easily fixed within a few weeks. No extraneous substance will be needed, only your own fat.
The first steps lead directly to the clinic where you would like the procedure to be performed. What will I look like
The surgeon will explain to you at the consultation how much larger your breasts will be after the procedure. It is often from 0,5 to 1 in size. If you would like to add more volume, the procedure can be repeated once again after half a year.
Right before the surgery
Here the tough part begins. When the planned date of the procedure is approaching, you will undergo the pre-surgery examination. This involves blood sampling, an ECG and a sonographic examination of the breasts. Women aged over 60 undergo an x-ray of the lungs as well, the age limit for smokers is set at 50. The condition for the procedure is the possibility of sucking out at least 600 ml of one’s own fat.
WHAT IS HAPPENING UNDER THE HANDS OF A SURGEON
The special method – Pure Graft
The fat is transferred from one part of the body to another during the lipotransfer. In this case, the fat can be sucked out from the area according to the patient’s wishes (the buttocks, the hips, etc.) and into the breasts. The fat can be transferred from more than one area with very slim women.
The fat is sucked out of the chosen areas using vibration assisted liposuction after setting a precise parameter to maintain quality. Then it must be purified. Pure Graft with a closed system is used at Aesthevita. The fat that was sucked out goes directly to the cleaning filters and will not come into contact with the air. Cleaning is a very sensitive part of the surgery. If the fat is not purified using a gentle method, it would be devalued. The consequence would be its rapid absorption and therefore the effect of the procedure would not be satisfactory.
You will barely see the scar
The surgeon will apply the purified fat into the breasts using a very thin cannula with a diameter of only a few millimetres. Therefore, there will be no significant scars after the procedure, not even after repeating it.
Overnight stay at the clinic
Expect to stay at the clinic overnight after any procedure that was performed under general anaesthesia. Look at it from the positive side – after the surgery you will have proper rest. Resting is necessary immediately after the surgery.

Start with resting
The breasts heal quickly after the lipotransfer. It is mainly due of the fact that one’s own fat is a natural substance for the body. But the doctor will still recommend you stick to a leisurely regime for a week. The bruises and swelling will gradually disappear within 2 to 3 weeks.
Six weeks in an elastic bra
The elastic linen and bra which you will receive at the clinic after the procedure will be your inseparable companions for 6 weeks. A special bra will provide the breasts with sufficient support and it will help the proper healing process after the surgery. Take it off only occasionally and for a while, e. g. to take a shower. After 6 weeks you can wear a chic underwired bra again and check your new breasts properly. Compression linen ensures symmetry and firmness of the areas from which the fat was sucked out.
